WhiteBall Escape — Privacy Policy

What we do not collect

• No account, no sign-up, no name, email or phone number.
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
• Your progress, coins and settings are stored only on your device. We never receive them.

Purchases

• Coin packs are sold through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment; we never see your card or payment details.
• To deliver the coins, the game receives Apple's confirmation of the purchase (a transaction number) on your device. It is not sent to us.

Game Center

• The leaderboard uses Apple Game Center and is optional.
• If you sign in to Game Center, Apple stores your Game Center nickname and your score (levels completed) under Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive or store this data.

Age range (some US states)

• Where the law requires it (for example Texas, Utah and Louisiana), the game asks Apple's Declared Age Range service for your age range, such as "under 13" or "18 and over".
• Apple shows the question and shares only the range. The answer stays on your device; we do not receive or store it.
• The game is suitable for all ages and does not block anyone because of age.

Ad measurement (Apple)

• If you install the game after seeing one of our ads, Apple's privacy-preserving ad measurement (SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit) may later tell that ad network, anonymously and with a delay, that the ad led to an install and roughly how far the game was played (a number from 0 to 63, for example "reached level 10" or "made a purchase").
• Apple does this on its own systems. It does not share who you are, and the game sends nothing to us or to the ad network. We use no advertising identifier and do not track you, so the game never asks for tracking permission.

Update check

• When the game starts with an internet connection, it asks Apple's public App Store service whether a newer version is available. No information about you is sent.

This website

• whiteballescape.com is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare may briefly process your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site.
• The site uses no cookies and no analytics.

Children

• The game collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
• Parents can use Apple's controls, such as Family Sharing and "Ask to Buy", to require their approval before a child downloads the game or makes an in-app purchase. In some places, for example certain US states, the law requires a parent's consent for minors; Apple asks for it and lets parents review or withdraw it in Apple's settings.

Your rights

• Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete.
• You can still contact us at any time with questions under the GDPR.
• For Game Center data, use Apple's privacy settings.

Changes

• If the game ever starts handling personal data, we will update this policy before that change ships.
